Migrating Angry Bird to New Device?

Having spent countless hours getting 3-stars on nearly all Angry Bird levels, I hate to "lose" all that progress when getting my new Android phone (currently still using the original Motorola Droid, considering getting the Samsung Droid Charge).

I have no problem downloading the Angry Birds app again on my new device. But I am wondering if there is someway I can backup my RESULTS and import them to my new device?

Anyone know? Thanks in advance!

Titanium Backup should be able to do it, but you would need to have both devices rooted.
