Milestone on Rogers?

I bought a Milestone for Telus (who I'm currently with) and want to switch to Rogers - simply because rogers doesn't charge the outrageous price of $7/mth for caller id, which Telus does.

Is it possible to unlock my Milestone and use it on the Rogers network?

edit: apparently the link I was looking was 'in addition' to a regular data/voice plan: http://www.rogers.com/web/content/add-ons/valuepacks

So nevermind.. 'looks like Rogers charges extra for CallerID too.
