My Iranian equivalent would have 1 stripe.
We trained together.
I miss the military...

No sir, but I have a ton of my friends who did served the war.
One of them has a metal ribbon type street sign, next door to my food pantry.
I miss talking to him bundles, irony my super ego ,will never reveal my online name to the public.

I was a veteran of the peace so none of my flight mates died. They got incredibly hurt but they survived.
That was in the late Seventies.
My "Centurions" now are better trained and less likely to die.
