Mini Eclipse / Programming IDE

Just a small text editing app with possible code completion. Could be implemented using XML to define how it should code complete for different languages. I'm a programmer and willing to help but am not an Android developer. Will be learning the sdk over the next few months but it will be slow going for awhile.

I don't know about Eclipse, but if someone was interested in creating a stripped down version of notepad++ that would be very cool.
