Help minimum space required for browsing?

I have a question., my phone is about 3gb and its about out. how much of that data is needed to browse the internet and use websites like youtube without problems? i heard there needs to be enough space for caching. if not then is it possible to browse the internet and save temporary internet files to a microsd instead? i have a smartphone and i was worrying the amount of space may be an issue. my microsd is 64gb if that matters. thanks

I browse the internet a fair bit and my browser reports a total size of 30(ish) MB including cache and additional data.

oh. thank you. thats less space than i had in mind. someone once told me the cache could add up to about 700 or more MB if youre actively browsing videos. i'm not sure if that's true or not.
