Minutes used widget

I've not been able to find one, but i'd like a minutes used widget, something like the MiniInfo or SystemInfo widgets:

I'd like it show how many talk minutes used, how many sms sent, how much data used etc.

Minutes | SMS | MMS | Data

I know there is seperate widget, but one simple widget would be great, especially as i have a light contract.

It's about 10 % complete. I have some other projects at a higher priority that I'm working on.
