Miracast car stereo

Just wondering if anyone has managed to get this going?

I've got an HTC One with android 4.4 so it should have the mirroring thing and I'd love to get a car radio that can control the phone.

I know there was another post on here for an Eonon unit a while ago but I've not heard of the make and couldn't find any reviews.

Any suggestions?

I've used my HTC One w/ 4.4 and the default VW BT stereo- I don't see why the Miracast wouldn't work if it's bluetooth.

Isn't miracast wifi?

It might be? If it's WiFi, I don't know if it can be used as a remote control or not.
