Help Miscellaneous File Problem

Hi I'm having trouble.... most of my miscellaneous file on my phone are taking up a lot of the space and I do not know what I can or can't delete.

Here are the files:

If you are able to access these files and your device is not rooted you should be fine to delete. Basically just advertising cache. Unless you have root access your device will not let you manipulate sensitive files.

I've no idea what most of these are, but the files listed here only add up to about 60MB in total, so it's unlikely that these files are your main problem (unless you have 2010 levels of storage on your phone).
