First I don't get a lot of calls, most are from my Mother, I get of course, a LOT more texts. All texts seem to have been coming and going fine.
The 1st instance was Saturday. No call on my end, no missed call notification but the voicemail notification came through. Had my Mom call me a couple times and got those calls.
Then an hour ago she calls and doesn't get anything but rings, then a message that my voicemail is full, wrong, there's 1 message in there. I have her try two more calls, I get 1 but not the other. She is on an Iphone 5 I think on ATnT.
I called Metro and they checked the network connection, said it was OK, and had me turn the N4 off an pull/reinsert the Sim card.
I did have some JunkCall App installed but I just now uninstalled that in case it was hosing up.
Any ideas? Most disturbing is I don't have a good way to test this and it appears intermittent. Yeah, my Mom IS nearly 80 but I checked, she has the right number in and it's kind of hard to screw up pushing a dial button.
Plus I caught the weirdness Saturday of it going straight to VM.
[EDIT] Update. About 1/2 hr later she calls me, call works fine. Follow this now. Not longer after we talked Mom gets a call from someone she does not know 30 miles away. Mom says my pic and number are showing when this person calls her phone. The person said my Mom's phone had just called her and it hadn't. I think this sounds more on Mom's end and more than just some dropped calls.
