ok so i'm using an app called EAR that allows you to make different sound profiles for your phone sort of like how a Blackberry does meaning, i have a profile i put the phone on when i'm home and out and about that has rings for phone calls and all notifications (sms, mms, etc). Now i also have a profile that puts everything on vibrate for instances such as in a meeting or somewhere where i dont want my phone ringing and causing attention.
I just found an app called Missed Reminder which is pretty good. I have it set to vibrate and ring every couple minutes if i have a missed call or MMS(i dont use the missed SMS part because Handcent does this, but i did test it and both will work if you have them both active).
My question is this, if i use EAR to put my phone on vibrate profile will it quiet the reminder rings from Missed reminder? I have no way of testing this on my own as my cell phone is my only phone in the house. Can someone that is running these apps test it out and let me know. I have a feeling that EAR will not overwrite the Missed reminder settings
