Misses has a galaxy s6 white 32gb phone tonight she was using her phone then all of a sudden it froze the screen went fuzzy, went off, came back on multi coloured phone then became unreponsive to any touches to the screen but notifications and texts was coming through fine
Only way we can use this phone is plugging it on charge works for about half an hour once unplugged then nothing
I have had the note 4 for over 12 months and never had any issues she's had this phone since Feb and this happens pretty dissapointed as it's in immaculate condition in a gel case and has a tempered glass protector on it
