Help missing caller id

hello and thanks in advance for any suggestions. Ok now for the problems what is happening is when someone calls is that there is no number showing up on the caller id so you have no idea who is calling. this has happened a few times now. and another thing is the answer slide will not move to answer the call this happens at times other than when there is no caller id showing.

Backup your phone, and wipe your phone and apply stock or a ROM. Perhaps restoring data for the Calling app and Contact Storage would also help. Perhaps even use wipe data...
