Missing Google Apps and Play Store?? No Problem

I recently bought a Polaroid 10.1 Tab and like most owners know, Google Play Store is missing. If you feel cheated, used and like you've been lied to, do not worry, theres still hope! Here's a list of apps/app versions I've found compatible with the Polaroid 10.1 tablet. These are apps I've been able to successfully download and run APKs off the SD card:

-Advanced Task Killer v1.9.7B94 (Free off Amazon)
-Dish Remote Access v1.4
-GMail v4.1.2
-Google Books v2.6.41
-Google Maps v6.14.1
-Google Plus v3.2.2.38469528 (Hangout does not work well)
-GrooveIP v1.3.4
-Skype v3.0.0.6181 (Free off Amazon)

Here's a list of Apps i have found a non-compatible with the Polaroid Tab:

-Google Play Store (Any Version so far)

I am going alphabetically (Skype/Youtube are exceptions) to uncover which apps are and are not compatible, so the list must go on. Peeps feel free to share your findings of new good/bad apps.

Has anyone tried to root it and install Google Play Store?
