Missing htc sense "Acquire" Android driver

Aloha,
the internet-passthru won't work between my pc... an acer aspire one... and my new phone... htc sense "Acquire" android... I have been trying to find the right driver but can't seem to locate it... windows tells me it hasn't found one yet.

By "internet-passthrough" do you mean that you want to use your cell phone's mobile data to provide internet connectivity to your computer? That is called tethering, and is often blocked by carriers.
