Missing ID - No ID passed with URL

I have a HTC Incredible and have downloaded QR Droid to scan from your site and keep getting messages ' Missing ID - No ID passed with URL - has anyone had similar experience and any advice as to what to do?:(
 
My phone is not downloading apps store cause there's no Id URL passes
