Missing ROM

Hello,
I have deleted my Rom and recovery, the phone is rooted.
I want to update the phone to Nougat Rom....

I have Nougat roms as zipped files,

I have Odin installed and have used it before.

The phone boots into kernel - can't find one so switches to a recovery boot and finally display the fastboot menu which has the phones options to reboot from ADB, clear cache, boot from memory card etc.
Only the boot option works and I get the same boot.

The other option I have is that by pressing a combination of keys I can reboot into download mode.

There it stays until I remove battery. I have tried to download various roms with odin, it worked before recovery and rom were wiped.

I am not sure I have it straight but try this (If you can)

Boot to Recovery (Stock is fine)

Format System, Data and clear cache.

Factory Reset.

Then try ODIN again.

I would suggest flashing a Stock ROM to get started.
