Root Miui v 4 No service problem

I flashed the miui v 4. Everything is great except I cant get any service. It came with the sim card locked. If anybody knows why the sim card came locked, could you please tell me?

Also, if there is another download that you know does not lock the sim card, please tell me.

Hi, I just looked at your Post and wondered whether you had fixed things?
What message do you get when you dial *#*#2846579#*#* > Select > Project Menu > Select 5 > Network Setting > Select 4 > SIM card lock state query.

If you see a message 'NW Locked' you will need to pay the Telco to unlock it!

If you Google for unlock codes - you will have to pay.
