He liked it but didn't love it and the OnePlus 8 Pro beats it in almost every way. Jump to 11:38 for Fingerprint Reader comment.

• Mostly nice but a little rusty
• Curves are nice
• Waterfall display too dramatic (these need to be gone for good)
  
• Speaker gets loud and sounds good
• Camera bump on the back sticks out too much
• Rattles when you shake like the S20 Ultra (camera OIS sensor, same as S20 Ultra)
• Gestures are still great
• Too much bloatware (Verizon!)
• 5,000 mAh battery is awesome lasting full day
• Camera is great with enough light
• Camera depth of field is too shallow
• Fingerprint reader is the worst ever

Moto finger print readers on my last 4 phones have all been poor. But I only buy budget phones so I'll tolerate it.
