I don't know how hard it would be to make, but a MMORPG thats real time and not text based would be a super awesome addition to the Android market. I remember back in high school playing the original Ultima Online that was like $10 a month or something like that. I don't think there would be much of a limit to what I would pay for a game like that on the Android.
Just a suggestion if any programers or whatever out there are looking for something very profitable to make. I loved Diablo and stuff like that as well but I never got in to anything quite like Ultima where you could steal from other online players or buy houses and boats and place them and the whole thing with being a mage and marking runes in locations to travel to and animal taming and all of that. That was the best. I never got into World of Warcraft, it just was never as comprehensive as Ultima was, how you could be a player killer and all that.
