Hi,
I can't seem to recieve or send pictures on my GT-19000. When I try and send one it just stays as 'sending' but never actually does, and when I am trying to recieve one it just stays as 'downloading'. I'm pretty sure my APN settings are correct, however I'm pretty ignorant with this stuff so I might be missing something obvious. Just to describe it though: in my Access Point Names folder are two options. One is listed as Virgin Internet, and the other Virgin MMS. The former has a green circle next to it indicating it is selected whilst the latter doesn't have any selection circle, and you can't seem to select it. I called up Virgin and they told me they were going to reset the APN settings or something, and to turn my phone off and remove the battery and sim for 15 minutes. I did that but it still doesn't work...
