Help MMS Issues

maybe someone on here can help me out. i'm having issues sending and receiving MMS. i send them and on my phone they look like they went out but the people I'm sending them to aren't receiving them. the same when they send me a picture...i don't get it. i keep having to send them twice. any ideas?? thanks in advance

You may want to try going to settings, manage applications, all and look for the messages app, force stop it, clear out the data and cache and see if that works. If not you may need to do a factory reset. If all that doesn't do anything then I'd go to the sprint store and have them look at it.

Before you factory reset or visit a Sprint Store, I would definitely try a 3rd party SMS app such as GoSMS pro or Handcent. I would also check if the setting for Auto Retrieve is checked in said app (I would never receive MMS with it checked), and try using different data connections (3G/4G/Wifi) to send and receive.
