Hi there, my name is Peter and I am a Verizon Android user. I used to not have this problem when I purchased my first android, but heard all about it. Now I have it and don't know what to do. I've been researching for the past couple of days and I can't find any solutions that work for my network. Whenever I receive an MMS file, it just shows up as "Downloading" and never changes...even for days. I've tried keeping 3G up. I've tried keeping Wi-fi up. Nothing is working...
I have seen that one solution was:
Settings>Wireless & Network>Mobile Networks>APN Settings>New APN>Enter your carriers APN
However, when I got to the Mobile Networks menu the only choices I had were "Data Roaming" and "System Selection"--which led me nowhere.
I checked out other areas in the settings/wireless menus that APN settings could of been hiding and no luck.
Anyone out there who can help me out with a solution to a Verizon Samsung Fascinate's MMS problem?
