I have a galaxy note 9 that is on straight talk and my MMS is not working please help

What exactly do you mean when you say not working?

What are you trying to do, and what is happening instead?

Check your APN settings (will be in the mobile data settings). You should be able to find the correct ones for your carrier's website or a quick web search.

I've tried, my used to be on verizon then I changed it over to straight talk I've called straight talk several times and they give me an access point name and say it doesn't need anything else then after an hour on phone with them they transfer me to tech support and I always get disconnected. I've went through that 4 timea

A Google search picked this up, it maybe worth trying them :-

Straight Talk APN Settings for Android

Go to> Settings> Connections> Mobile networks> Access Point Names>

Name: Internet/MMS 2
APN: tfdata
Proxy:

Username:
Password:
Server:
MMSC: http://mms-tf.net
MMS proxy: mms3.tracfone.com
MMS port: 80
MCC:
MNC:
Authentication type:
APN type: default,admin,fota,mms,supl,hipri
APN protocol: IPv4
APN roaming protocol: IPv4

Hope it helps :).

Hi @mikedt, just noticed your posts, there appears to be a number of options, I think the one I picked up is slightly different :).

Do you typically leave WiFi enabled all the time? If so, try disabling WiFi and see if your MMS messages start working again. Typically when your phone is connected to WiFi that will be the default online connectivity, the problem being with a lot of interactions between carriers it requires cellular connectivity for MMS.

I tried the info you put in but it still didnt work. I leave my wifi connected because I dont get good signal at my house.

Try re-locating to somewhere that you get a usable cellular signal. Once you get a solid mobile data connection see if sending/receiving MMS works again.
Which brings up a question, were MMS messages working out previously and now its a problem, or has it been a problem for a long time? If you've always had this problem, you might want to quit trying to diagnose what's going on and just take your phone back to Straight Talk. It's on them if they sold you a product that doesn't work with their service.

Edit -- Crap, I forgot we're all in a lockdown situation. Never mind about taking it back to a service center.
