Help MMS/SMS Not Working on GS3

I downloaded 4.4.2 from sammobile using odin and now I can receive sms/mms but can only send sometimes. They hang up in the send circle spinning but not going anywhere. I downloaded sms pro but it didn't help. BTW my S3 was flashed to Page Plus and I factory reset it twice but still didn't help. I want to go back to Verizon and bought a new VZW SIM card and activated it on Verizon and everything worked fine for about two hours using Samsung messages then switching to vzw messages+ and then using smspro but still did the same thing. Is it because of the 4.4.2 O/S or is there something else that has to be changed on the phone that factory reset didn't change. Help!
