MMS unable to send/receive (w/ Hangouts)

I finally received the update to the newest version of hangouts yesterday, and I noticed that I can no longer receive picture messages. Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone have a fix?

Do you have the access point set correctly in Hangouts? Text doesn't care about access points, pictures do. (It's at the bottom of Settings.)

I opened it and saw over ten options... I ended up doing a factory reset and she's doing fine now. I don't know what happened
