1. Your Carrier
2. Check if APN for your Carrier is configured for your Carrier on your device (from the Home Screen>Settings>Wireless and Networks>Mobile Networks>Access Point Names)
3. its good to check if Data is Enabled (from the Home Screen>Settings>Wireless and Networks>Mobile Networks>check DATA Enabled is ticked)
