Mobile app developer wanted NYC - startup

Looking for a developer for mobile apps, preferably experienced in both Android and iOS.

This is for a start up based near NYC, EQUITY only, there will be no pay or only a small stipend.

The app is a social application. The web version is near completion, the app will interface and mirror the web site. We are under a time constraint, so we need someone experienced and can start right away.

No one interested? Much of the team is ready, we just need the mobile app developers.

We want to bring the project live in a couple of months and probably just minor maintenance afterwards, so its a chance for a big financial payback for only a couple of months of serious commitment.
