Is that the processor temp? I don't think that's excessive if you're playing games on the phone.
It had better be the cpu temperature, because 60 celsius is considerably hotter than you should operate a lithium battery.
(Units weren't specified, but 60 farenheit would be implausibly cool unless you were using it outdoors on a cold day, and 60 kelvin is only possible if you were using it on Uranus
