Help Mobile data NOT connecting....

I have been using the Galaxy Tablet 4 for a few months now and have had no problems with it. But after the recent update, when i switch on my mobile data, it doesn't connect.(Though my WiFi connection is working just fine...)when i go to "My Singtel" it states that my mobile data is not switched on....Help...

Check your carrier APN details are still there. The update might possibly have wiped them out. If they're not, you'll have to re-enter them.
