Help Mobile data not working after factory reset

I am using android provided by sony only . After factory reset mobile data stopped working.

Restarted several times and toggled data widget but no luck .

Anyone have similar issue ?

Hello and welcome to the forums. May I ask if you turned the data on yes check the data box and make sure you UNcheck the airplane mode. I Dont know if your device has the sony PC companion and Sony update tool
