Just yesterday I got a new phone and everything worked fine, I got my number transfered and everything, wifi included. Though while away from home (and wi-fi) my mobile data wasn't giving me service, I figured it was because I had used it all up so I went ahead and activated my reserves which should have given me 10 gigs of data(and I believe it did because I got a text saying so). Despite the apparent success I continued to get no access through my mobile data. I reset my phone, enabled and disabled airplane mode, enabled data roaming, tried different APN's that had Straight Talk or Verizon linked to it but to no avail. I am out of ideas of what to try and need help.
