And stays on? It has to turn on if you receive a MMS, but that should be temporary.
If it stays on and is not connected to messaging then logically there must be an app doing it (one with some specific privileges if it can override the current settings).
Maybe install Addons Detector first, do a scan then look through the app permissions to see which ones are able to change system settings. Or anyway check permissions before uninstalling. Just thinking how to narrow it down.
