Help Mobile data

My data is not working, but wifi is fine. When I go into settings, it says that mobile data is on, but the status is disconnected.
Any ideea what should I do?

I assume you've turned off WiFi, since mobile data will always disconnect when WiFi is connected (and reconnect when WiFi disconnects).

If so, check your Access Point Names settings (APNs), in Settings > Mobile Data. If those are wrong for your carrier then mobile data won't work. You can find the correct settings from your carrier's website or with a Web search.
