How can I enable mobile data usage for streaming content on my Galaxy S3 device. I always get this message when I try to stream live football on my device. Thanks

You should already have data usage enabled under settings/mobile networks.
Also make sure your wifi is turned off.
Some apps that stream data have an option in its settings to use your wifi and/or mobile data to stream to your phone. Check it out.
