Mobile date usage for streaming content

How can I enable mobile data usage for streaming content on my Galaxy S3 device. I always get this message when I try to stream live football on my device. Thanks
 
Hi there and welcome to the Android Forums. :)

At the top left of the app there are three horizontal bars. Clicking those opens a menu screen and right at the bottom on the right is a settings icon. In that screen there is an option to enable streaming.
