Apps Mobile Email

I inherited some code and for some reason the mobile email representation on Android OS only shows up as text and links. I have tried tests with standards templates from Campaign Monitor and have the same results. I just do not understand the root of the problem. Why cannot my Android OS email view the emailed newsletters graphical and with proper layout?

I just sent an email from my Outlook and Android OS email client cannot view the graphics and layout. Could this be stemming from the actual Mail server settings?
