Hi all, I'm desperately trying to figure out what is going on with my phone. My hotspot suddenly stopped working. When I try to turn in on in settings I get this error message. This message comes after the first one that appears immediately after trying to toggle the hotspot to on. It reads verifying Service authorization please wait. I have verified with metro my plan still includes hotspot. I have NEVER had issues with the phone or metro Service untill now. They have been USLESS. At this point I would be great full if someone could please at the least just tell me if this is a phone issue/ settings (apn) or network issue. I have data,voice, messages all works fine. Thank you
