Mobile Hotspot questions

Anyone have good/bad experiences with these hotspots?

I'm in a rural area and I'm thinking these are the way to go for home internet use, satellite is the only other option but 3G wireless is much faster. I get decent signal on my phone here, so coverage shouldn't be an issue.

I'm leaning toward that MyFi 4510L, looks like a good deal at $30 w/ free shipping and has slightly better rating than the Samsung...

Just wondering if there's anything I should know before I sign another contract

i would def go for the verizon myfi if its going to be your home internet source, i was under the impression you were going to use your phone as the internet source and was going to inform you that if you use too much data, you will be throttled, but your going to be signing up for the myfi on verizon which is a good idea in many ways, your cell phone, internet, and possibly cable if you so choose, will all be on 1 bill
