I'm new to verizon, just switched today because where I'm moving my past carrier will be non-existent. I got a quick qeustion, does the Moblie Hotspot cost anything like it does with Sprint?

Or you can root it and tether for free. This voids warranty and I think is a violation of verizon terms

Not only 20 bucks a month for 2gb, but 20 bucks per 1gb after that.
Your data plan doesnt count for hotspot.
I was looking at going the official route, but I use 4-5gb per month, so my hotspot bill would be $80 on top of the $30 for my data plan.
If it was $10 per gb on top of the plan I'd probably do it.
