mobile hotspot

i cant find out how to add a new topic but recently I brought an app called foxfi to use for my hotspt. Eveytime I go to use it, it interferes with my mobile hotspot. Is there anyway I can disable it. Help please!!! I have the note 2 with verizon

I don't see the Note 2 on Verizon as being a supported device for Foxfi.

I would uninstall it and see if up you are still within the refund period.
