How do i use a mobile hotspot if i dont have one but i got a 4gb at saying that i can use a hotspot for up to 4 gb
 
If you don't have one you don't use it. It depends on the situation, though - there may be one in your phone (some phones come with them) or you may have to install a hotspot app from Play.
