Mobile Network Selection

I was wondering if I'd be able to use tasker to connect to a specific mobile network when I have low/no signal with my provider.
For example certain areas I don't have signal with my provider but I can manually connected to ATT or t-mobile. Basically, what I'm trying to find out is would it be possible to have tasker automatically search and connect to an available mobile network when i don't have signal.
