Help Mobile network state "disconnected"

I am able to connect to wifi, receive calls and text messages etc., although my 4g is not working. I have recently had my phone replaced ( I moved my SIM card over). Other then in the status, it says I'm connected to mobile data.

I'm confused. You say "Mobile network state " disconnected " but then you say "Other then in the status, it says I'm connected to mobile data.". Since 4G is not working you must be disconnected. But...where does it say that you are connected to mobile data?

Did you get the replacement phone from your service provider?

What is the phone make and model?

Is it the same as the phone you had?

Have you contacted your service provider for help?
