My phone will not register on a network. It says emergency calls only and I can't even call 611 to get through to my provider.

If you have a working android phone and all is good between you and your cell provider then you have two basic issues. Either your phone has hardware problems or the ID setting specific to your phone are not set correctly with the computer system of your carrier and you need to contact them or take a visit to one of there stores.
