I have samsung galaxy s duos phone and in that mobile data is automatically on. please help me.
 
Hello and welcome to Android Forums! :)

I guess you want to turn data off? I don't own your phone but, if you head to "Settings=>Mobile Networks" you should have an option "Data enabled" with a box to tick/un-tick next to it.
