MobileMule

Sort of.
MobileMule is a Java applet (aka midlet, J2ME application).
This doesn't run natively on Android.
You'll have to install App Runner
It will show up in your apps list as "App Explorer" and "App Manager"
Of course, you'll have to have the install apps from "Unknown Sources" setting checked in order to do this.

Then, you can use their site to create a version of MobileMule that can be installed on your phone, that will work inside the App Runner "wrapper." I've attached the one I created using their tool. MobileMule V0.9b.

That being said, it's is as far as I've gotten. While I can open it, I haven't been able to connect. My problem is probably what settings I should be using. If anyone can share that ... I have an Optimus V.
