MocoSpace - Nobody Uses It?

I simply wanted to make a thread about this beecause when I made a general forum search about it, most (if not all) of the results returned posts about deleting the stock MocoSpace.apk that comes with some MetroPCS Android phones. Lol

Moco is actually a very good and popular social networking site that has all of the features you look in one. It may be a bit ad-infested, but apps like Adaway or Adblocker help in reducing the annoying ads. [For computer browsers, use add-ons like Adblocker Plus.]

I got to the site to Role-Play. I have been Role-Playing as a true wolf for a little over 10 years. Lol My first character was Sparky (My only character who is not a true wolf since he is able to speak, has dark blue fur, and he grew wings) after a while in his life.) I do not like Role-Playing as an anthro or furry, only like true full animals or animals with small genetic alterations (but that does not make them look human.) Only other exception to this is when Role-Playing a dragon or a Pokemon. Lol

Oh, and I do not like Role-Playing in forums. I am a chat-based Role-Player.

Anyways, I just wanted to check if anyone here uses MocoSpace at all. :(

Interesting. I've never heard of that social network. I haven't ever heard of role playing as an animal either... Is it like "I howl at the moon" or "Hunts a raccoon"? Do the characters level up? How does communication work between characters?

A 'true wolf', is that something I should already know about or is it something specific to this mocospace thing?

There is a role playing game in the 'forum games' section, but you said you don't like those....

Cool though. I'll see what wikipedia knows about this mocospace thing. Not that I'd know about every social site on the web - but I'm guessing it isn't something that is overly popular.

Role-Playing as a wolf has really gone downhill fron what it used to be years ago when Role-Playing was quite popular. Everyone had a wolf character back then as for they were one of the very first types of characters people used.

Role-Playing a wolf is very simple, but a person needs to be creative in order to make it interesting.

Here is an example of one of my best Role-Play posts:

+>Testimonies carried by the wind in the form of countless different sounds and smells made it no more than crystal clear that this time of the year was one to be vividly active, but not yet at its peak. Spring was no more than a simple appetizer to the main entree that was just a few weeks away: Summer. Until it arrived, the vegetation and animals in the forest feasted hungrily upon the beauty that this season brought... Not to mention what they truly ate in the never-ending battle for survival. The expressions of life and wondrous sights seen throughout the vast green bushes, seemingly reaching no end, could captivate even the most secluded and selfish of creatures; of course, Salvetour included. It was hard to treat this particular day as a standard boring one when outside of his cold stoned den walls was hosted the liveliest of parties, he simply had to join the celebration. Limbering up into a standing position, the lone black-furred canine stretched all of his limbs as he rose from the ground beneath him. Debris clung to the underside of his body, annoyingly claiming his stomach and underbelly as its host, but with a simple shake of his body, he managed to rid himself from most of it while also waking up more in the process. The first step out of his den was carefully debated, but nonetheless performed and, as his second paw rose in the air to follow up in his second step, he quickly found himself long gone miles away from the home that clearly was so hard to depart from. Each step the canine took left a clear imprint on the ground, marking the journey from his home to where he now stood; the paw print was perfectly drawn against the soil thanks to the force undeniably applied by the strong muscles which flexed beneath his fur-covered skin with each motion of his elegant form. Many would question how a wolf that's been this inactive preserve the strength and healthy body that could be seen in Salvetour, but truth be told, he was not stupid and lazy enough to rest 24 hours a day in his den doing nothing. If he did, he would not be alive to this very day. How would he eat without hunting? How would he drink without finding a proper water source? He is not fat and that, alone, is proof that he is not as inactive as he makes himself look.

The travel he underwent reached its climax when his flared nostrils caught a very interesting and delectable smell. One which was quickly offered a home within the expanded nostrils that willingly inhaled its captivating fragrance. Enjoying the moment, his eyelids lowered to hide his eyes, clearly more focused and intrigued by the amazing aroma. As any canine would do, he began to follow the scent. The cold velvety structure of his nose lowered to the ground. The common obnoxious sniffing noise began to be heard as paws followed the canine's sense of smell; his ears, however, were not as inactive as his eyes, clearly being in the need for, at least, a small amount of security. They both were given the task to survey the surrounding area shall any unwelcome creature make its way towards him. The source of the smell was close since the smell was much more stronger. Unable to depict the object that held such wonderful aroma, Salvetour opened his eyes to look at it. The male's right ear gave a simple twitch, adrenaline quickly filling his body and causing his heart to quickly thump against the firm-structured cavity that made his chest along with making his tail engage in a very rapid wagging motion. He had come upon a flower patch.<+

I was using my character Salvetour when I made that post.
