Help Modify ZIP contents.

All i need to do is be able to delete and insert files into a non compressed zip without having to go through all the hassle of extracting the whole zip and recreating the archive.

I think extracting the content and then again compression is the only way. There is no option for paste to copy file into zip file.

It is possible to edit a zip without explicitly expanding and recompressing (the app is probably doing it behind the scenes, but there's no hassle involved). It's been a few years since I did it, but I think I used BetterZip on my Mac. Actually I think that one of my file explorers may have let me remove things from zips, but that would have been back in 2011-12, so it's hard to remember for sure.
