I am new to Android and mobile development so I hope some one can help.
In my app I want to run a check on the accelarometer and gyro sensor say every 30 minutes to see if there has been any movement of the phone. This to run in the background.
I am not looking to run a continual monitor of the sensors as this drains the battery and thus not good.
Can any one point me in the right direction to get an answer to this.
