Mophie's Juice Pack for the S5

Does anyone know the location of the internal battery in the Mophie Juice Pack for the S5? I bought one and it had no port for the speaker in the back of the phone. When I put my calls on speaker, it just muffles the sounds as there is nowhere for the sound to broadcast out. Thoughts?
